Our Process

1. Research: The viral research was critical for understand the formats and short form styles that had the best virality and enticing engaging comments that would continue to help the content grow over time.

2. Product Competitor Analysis: This was the most important step! Once we understood the lash growth serum had the most potential we doubled down on the content style that was currently working on TikTok.

3. Creator Recruitment: After having the first few creators reach a few 100k view videos, we knew the content style was working and needed volume of iteration to reach the next level. We brought on a team of creators along with hundreds of sample request to bring awareness.

4. Creator Coaching: We taught our creators the 100k video examples along with 10M+ view videos that we generated on the branded TikTok page. These weekly calls helped multiple creators reach 10-20M view videos that continued to grow over time.

5. Paid Media: We used highly viral organic content and turned into paid ads to help scale the content reach and bring strong sale performance.

Results

From a few millions views, we took the brand to 500M views in 6 months and helped them gain market share of the lash growth serum industry. The paid media performance also got them recognized from TikTok early was one of the highest ROAS campaigns.
