To launch on TikTok Shop and build a viral creator community. Began around 100 to 200 sales on Amazon.

Our Process
1. Research: Negative hooks were a big factor in this process. While providing creators with the key health benefits for the supplements, it was creator iteration and volume of posts initially that helped us find winning content style for them.
2. Recruitment: We began first with 400+ sample requests, commission only to understand the right creators. Then scaled to monthly retainers for the proper creators that had more experience in our community.
3. Viral Launch: After hitting 60M views in 2 months, inventory coordination was critical to get products quickly. We then focused on boosting AOV with a supplement bundle. This allowed us to reach the first $1M month.
4. Refinement: With the bundle pricing optimized, we took the winning organic creatives and continued to scale with creator recruitment and paid ads.
Results
From a couple hundred sales, we scale their supplement brand from $0 to $12M+ in revenue in 6 months. We then capitalized on other platforms outside of Tiktok Shop to reach $40M. Amazon specifically went viral as the brand awareness put their Amazon listing #1 in their supplement niche.
Conclusion
Be ready for virality! When content is resonating, it's important to keep it simple and replicate at mass. Our relationship with Tiktok and creators were critical for proper communication and to keep the momentum.
